Farming is our livelihood, our love, our tradition and is something worth protecting.
We are committed to respect our environment so during all the stages or the farming process:
- We reuse all the vegetable material as compost which is added to soil in order to improve its quality, using the less possible chemical products. In order to avoid soil erosion, our olive groves always preserve their plant cover.
- We are located in one of the sunniest countries, so after installing 1500 m2 of solar panels, almost 50% of the energy used in Estepaoliva comes from our own photovoltaic energy plant.
- We own six ponds to storage water used during the production process for its evaporation, rendering our waste environmentally safer.
